A: The promotion is available to both new and existing clients. As long as you have an active trading account, you can participate.

Q: What is the minimum deposit to join the promotion?

A: The minimum deposit required to participate is $100. This should be one transaction. Our promo engine can't count 10 transactions for $10 and accumulate them, unfortunately.

Q: How do lucky draw entries work?

A: For every $100 deposited, you receive 1 lucky draw entry.

The more you deposit, the more entries you receive — and the higher your chances of winning. 

For example, a $500 deposit gives you 5 entries in the monthly lucky draw; a $4,850 deposit gives you 48 entries, etc.

Q: Can I withdraw my money from the account during the promo?

A: Yes, you can withdraw your funds at any time. But in this case, you will no longer be able to participate in the lucky draw. Q: How and when are winners selected?

A: Winners are selected through a monthly lucky draw from all eligible entries during the promotion period via the independent service random.org. The lucky draw will be performed live on our YouTube channel in the first week of the month following the promo period.

Q: Do I need to trade to participate?

A: Yes. To make your entry valid, you have to trade on the live account. We require 0.01 lot for each $100 deposit, which means if you deposit $500, you have to make 0.05 lot turnover.

Q: How will winners be notified?

A: Winners will be contacted via the email address registered with their trading account, via phone call, or via messenger by our customer support team after each lucky draw.

Q: Can I participate more than once?
