How to Make a Deposit in Rock-West?

Before you can jump into the markets and start trading, you need to fund to your Rock-West account. We’ve designed our deposit process to be as quick and easy as possible. In most cases, your funds will be available within seconds, so there's no need to wait around. Whether you're depositing via crypto, bank transfer, or a local payment agent, the process is simple and only takes a few steps.


In this guide, we’ll walk you through each step to help you complete your deposit smoothly.


Just follow the steps below and get ready to trade.


  1. Select the Payment MethodPress the Deposit button from your client cabinet, then choose the payment method that suits you best.

  1. Enter Deposit Details

    Specify the amount you want to deposit.

    Select the specific trading account or wallet you want to fund.

    Choose your preferred currency and press Continue.



Please Note: You’ll need to confirm twice to proceed. You also have a Reset option if you need to change any details.



 3. Check Info and Press Continue

Here you’ll see the detailed information about your deposit, including Payment system, Deposit amount, Transaction ID, Creation date, Commission, Status. Carefully review all the details. If everything looks correct, press Continue to proceed.



  1. Fill in the Requested Details and Complete the Transfer

    After pressing Continue, you'll be redirected to complete the payment. The information you need to provide will depend on the payment method you selected.


For example:

  • If you choose a Visa/Mastercard option, you'll need to enter your card details.

  • If you're using Binance Pay, you'll scan a QR code and complete the payment via the Binance app.

  • For crypto payments, you may need to copy a wallet address or scan a QR code to send the funds.


    Important: Always process your crypto payments through the Rock-West portal or App. Do not use any previously saved or used wallet address—crypto addresses may change, and using an old one can result in lost funds.


Common Issues You May Face When Making a Deposit

While deposits on Rock-West are usually smooth and instant, here are a few common issues users sometimes experience—and how to solve them:


  1. Deposit Not Reflected Instantly

    • Most deposits are instant, but some may take up to one working day depending on the payment provider.

    • Try refreshing your balance or logging out and back into your account.


  2. Incorrect Information Entered

    • Double-check your payment details before confirming—especially card numbers, wallet addresses, and currency selection.

    • If needed, use the Reset button to update your info before final confirmation.


  3. Payment Rejected by Bank or Provider

    • Your bank or card provider might block international or online payments for security reasons.

    • Contact your bank to authorize the transaction or try a different method.


  4. Crypto Deposits Not Confirmed

    • Blockchain transactions may take a few minutes or longer, depending on network congestion.

    • Make sure you’ve sent the exact amount to the correct wallet address shown on the deposit page.


  5. Choosing an Unsupported Payment Method

    • Some methods may not be available in your region. To avoid this, only use the options shown in your client cabinet.
